Can we please make it so support can actually get an S

I went 1/1/36 25 farm as Support Silver V 36 min game and didn't get an S but then there's a on my team 16/9/9 221 farm gets an S- what the heck how does that jax get a S- with that score but as a support with my amazing score I don't get an S. Then there's another game I'm support silver V 8/4/21 25 farm 27 min game and I get an S+. Does that mean I have to take kills as a support to get an S on them like come on. Aren't the kills suppose to be for the rest of the team more then the support.

You barely placed any wards, and that is probably why your scores suck. You got a Sightstone, use it. It's not there to give you health and look good. You also should swap your Warding Totem for a Sweeper when you get the Sightstone, and also use Pink wards.

The problem is most likely you didn't place enough wards.

I'm betting on number of wards destroyed being a highly weighted stat for supports.

To a certain point kills and assists do matter, less deaths as well, but the whole ordeal about support is the fact that it's a role that needs wards and map coverage. If you aren't utilising your sightstone and buying pink wards frequently it comes to a point where kills and assist won't get you all the way (maybe 3/4ths). Don't forget Sweepers for trying to counter your opposing support if he goes sightstone. A good idea is to focus on what they buy, if you see a pink ward keep an eye on them and it's a free 30 g for you.

Ok thanks everyone that actually makes a lot of sense if wards and sweeping enemy wards goes towards marking. The Braum game I was good with my wards and warded much more frequently then on the Thresh game thanks everyone this'll motivate me to place more wards down and buy sweeper.
