@Meddler if you're going to undo the Kog rework, please do it all the way

I was happy when I heard that the Kog rework was being reversed.

Until I saw his ult wasn't getting reversed.

I just want to play AP Kog again. Sure, maybe he wasn't the greatest and you definitely couldn't blind pick him into any matchup, but he was fun to a lot of us. So why are you reverting all the other changes besides this one? What is the reasoning?
