Give Twitch his 7 seconds of ult back

I could talk about 's kit's identity crisis - about how half of it is meant for sustained fighting, yet he's being pushed into the assassin role, but instead I'm just gonna keep it simple.

A while ago 2 seconds were cut off of Twitch's ult in exchange for ambush resetting on kills. As a Twitch player, the Q reset is awesome, but the shorter ult feels awful. I don't care if you have to lower Ambush's attack speed buff, please just lengthen his ult because it's the most fun part of his kit and 5 seconds just isn't satisfactory.
