Riot - Make Zyra's Plants have an execute on minions PLZ

So Aurelion Sol's Stars will execute a minion that has 25 hps or less Zyra's Plants should do the same. CSing with her early game is very hard because the plants will get a minion down to 10-15hp but attack so slow that your minion wave will kill it off before the plant can attack again.
