Grayed out text for stacking unique passives.

Currently if you're a manaless champion, mana items have the effects that do not affect you grayed out. Could we get the same effect if you're looking at an item with a unique passive that won't stack with one that you currently possess? Additionally, could items that give CDR have that stat modified if buying it would put you over the 40% cap?
