Solo Queue PLEASE!

I hate facing people who are getting boosted by higher tier smurfs. A duo is fine, but when I am facing a whole premade or four or three people it is way too much to deal with. I don't want to be reliant on others to play ranked, and I don't want to be punished for that decision.
