Possible Tweeks To Make Veigar's Abilities Feel More "Synced"
A few things I think would make sense to consider are:
Make W castable anywhere in E regardless of range.
Make Q hit all (or at least 2) champions when it passes through his E.
Reason:
Many times while I play Veigar I will land max range stuns but be unable to do anything without putting my life at risk due to having to walk up to try landing any of my 3 spells. Yes W's range should reach, but because of the delayed E the threat of who I'm chasing turning and going for a kill is very real, which often forces me to stutter step backwards during the delay, putting W out of immediate range. What's worse is when I'm in range for a Q but can't land it because of creep block. You can debate champ block as counterplay, which is fair, but at least remove the creep block. Before Veigar relied on his stun for combos, and he still does, but they're more dangerous to go for now then before even when the stun lands. The danger is supposed to be primarily from if it misses, not from putting yourself out there when it lands.
For me these points are what make Veigar's spells feel "unsynced" and would appreciate them being addressed if an opportunity arises to do so.
