Ezreal Item Build

With Lucian being banned regularly, I have been seeing Ezreal in nearly every game. I have also been playing him more frequently with Lucian bans. My last game, I had around 300 farm, with the ezreal around 220. He was full build, and I still had 1 and a half items to complete. I know my items are likely stronger, but at the same time, he can carry games with 100 cs under his opponent and even without the same amount of kills and assists. I had this guy pinned under tower entire game and had 5 kills above him, but the minute he hit 6 items he just destroyed everything. Just feels ridiculous winning so hard and then getting aced multiple times from a full build Ez 30 minutes into game. Even when I play him I get capped 30 minutes into the game and have like 10k gold sitting around by the end of the game.
