No Normal Draft Pick Option?

Has anyone else experienced this? I first logged in and patched, went to go play a game through the new champion select and i was waiting about 8 minutes, so I logged out, because it wouldn't let me get out of the queue, and then I logged back in and I only had the option for Normal Blind Pick along with an Abandoning Game warning. Is this happening to anyone else? Wanted to try it out before work, but I guess not...

****It now has the option for me to select Normal Draft Pick, but is just a regular queue. No option to select role, just like blind pick.
