She isn't getting one for the time being. Sure she is able to do a lot of damage, but her winrate is low (46%). I compare her to a jhin. They both do A LOT of damage and can be super fed, but they still can be focused down to fail. CC is her enemy.

Tbh,that main reason why she will be always annoying is that for a burst mage she has to much damage into 2 abilities. Honestly her R could be moved to her W.Having a medium CD reducing to really low,while her R could mimic champion ultimate scaling of her AP,but always dealing magic damage Like pickng up Lux's or Ez's R
