Will I drop if I lose my next game

I just reached gold and I lost a game I didnt get demoted and I was wondering if I lose my next game will I get demoted to Silver1 or I will remain Gold 5. OP.GG says that my mmr is gold 3 but if I remember corectly my lp gain was 20 which is pretty low in my opinion.
