Redemption on champs like Vlad/Swain

Pretty much title. Wondering thoughts and possibilities on it. Its a cheap item that increases healing gives health, cdr and health regen ontop of that awesome active. I cant imagine on it you would be wasting much more than 250 gold on the forbidden idol.

My reasoning on this at least in theory since these guys dont really have to build rabadons or void staff all the time and with wounds being soooo easy to get now that having that and a visage should help when shooting for a more tankyish ( or rather sustaining ) build. Alas my knowledge on this game isnt amazing so figured id ask the community.

Swain's full build is more important to him than getting that.

item 3040 is a MUST item 3065 is a MUST item 3027 is DEFINETLY a MUST

item 3151 item 3001 item 3116 item 3020 item 3089 item 3165 item 3135 kill those squishies faster

Swain doesn't make any use of the first passive, and he's a DPS champ so he doesn't have any problems finishing off people unlike burst ones. The only thing that he would make use out of is the CDR and health but that can be found in spirit visage, CDR in morello if he needs it and health in ROA/Rylai's/Liandry's.
