Champion updates

I have been a Wukong main for many years and I will like to see a rework on Wukong please. Many years has gone and a lot of champs update and rework has been done, even though some recent reworks needs to be nerf. But beside the "broken" reworks, it has place many other champs, such as Wukong, outplayed and outmatch. It is not so much the damage output that needs to be nerf, since it could be nerf. But most of the reworks has made the champs with more than one Crowd control skills and allows them to cast a single skill multiple times in a given time frame. it has long changed from the standard "one cast" skills and waiting for the cooldown. These new rework has changed the whole gameplay, from the strategic playing and perfectly timing your cooldowns and skill to spamming and hitting the keyboard non stop. It has made these new skills god-like that they don't even have to land a single basic attack. if this is the new League of Legend gameplay, then please update and rework ALL champions.
