Bots in PvP matchmaking

I remember enjoying playing MW2 until it was run by hackers--that's when I started playing LOL. I'm not sure how to bring this to the attention of RIOT... I'm sure they already know... But this is a mood killer. The fact that there are bots in LOL isn't the problem, the ai game mode is a pretty stress free environment for new players... but when bots and players get mixed up on the same team.... it just sucks. Pardon my rant, but I believe this should be prioritized over new leveling up rewards. I'm sure this issue has been addressed before and it was too complicated/not big enough of a problem to deal with.... anyways...

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would like to address this issue with someone at RIOT
