Am I close to demotion ? (tier demotion and mmr )

Hey there, so I've been recently on a tilt and lost quite a few games in a row. My mmr has dropped significantly ( I'm gold v and my mmr is only 1367), not to mention that my ranked shield of 10 games has prob expired. Also I'm sitting at 4 lp right now and was wondering if I have to lose 2 games in order to demote or just 1. In other words, is it possible to demote when reaching 0 lp or when losing at 0 lp ? What is the baseline mmr for Gold v ? As far as I know demotion from a tier is likely to happen when your mmr drops a whole tier. Have I reached silver v mmr? Will I get a warning before demoting to silver or is it doubtful ?
