Ranked LP Loss

I would like to see the lp loss in ranked to be halved or at least reduced for players who did very well in a ranked game (A- or better)but still lost, due to circumstances that are out of there control. Communicating and trying to co op with low skill players can only go so far. Just because one high/moderate skilled player could not carry a team of low skilled players means they get punished just as harshly? Hardly seems fair.
