Warlord will still be behind the shadows of Fevor

I dont think the lifesteal/missing HP is going to be as useful as Fevor in most cases. Like if you think about it WBL is only good if you dont want to duel, but if you dont want to duel youll most likely wont be missing a lot of HP. Only time I thnk its REALLY useful is that you will get harassed AND you cant win a duel even with Fevor which most cases that is really low.

I also dont like how mages dont have a very good route in the offensive tree since they can only really use one keystone.. while AD can technically use all 3.

I think it would be wise to get give WBL some spellvamp too. Like if youre missing 80%max hp you recieve 18%LS and 10%SV. That would make it a more interesting item for mages and hybrid champs as well as (DFT) like Akali Kayle Jax or even spellcaster (AD or AP since it can heal off abilities) like Renekton Riven.. etc. While they dont do as much damage, its would become a better item for sustain.
