Leveling system QOL

Hello, I'm not very good at starting good discussions so I'll just throw this one out there, hopefully it gets noticed. Whenever I'm close to leveling up I go and play an ARAM to level up. The catch is that I always end up being less than 30 exp short of the next level. I was thinking why not give people that extra exp they need if they need less than, 50 exp, for example.
