INNATE: After casting a spell, Shen gets a shield. Affecting other champions reduces the cooldown of this effect.

But what if we changed the functionality from

Affecting other champions

to

Affecting a champion

This way, Shen can get his CD reduced if he uses W on himself. It would be useful and small, but would be awesome nonetheless.
