Its not fair, i keep getting matched with draven mains, I have never seen a level 5 or below person with draven but i only get 6+7. They become legendary below 10 minutes of the game. Yea you can down vote all im saying i font like these players and it ruins my experience from league. I always loose this game and this has to be fixed from me. It doesnt even work when i do draft.
As long as he doesn't get a kill he won't get strong. He can be tricky to play against, but it's also very hard to be good at him and requires a lot of focus.
If you really want to counter him, play 
because his axes make nice sparkly "AIM HERE" targets on the ground
Nah draven is actually really fuckin strong. Nobody can deny that.
Try changing your play style? He is very strong early, but if you can make it to level 7/8ish without him getting kills, you'll beat him late. Plus he's not good in team fights.
