League Of Draven

Hi, I have been playing a lot of Draven as of late and I REALLY like him but the only part i don't like is his passive, i find it to be a Soulstealer passive. your ahead and it's ok but if your behind you have no passive or if you have 6 items it's disabled. I mean come on guys in late game it is a pointless passive, i get that his old passive was op but this one is BS it would be better if you get 200% of your stacks as gold on kill (current) you get 100% of your stacks on assist because i find a lot of the time you have people steal kills. I would like to hear other people opinions on his passive
