Can we lower the amount of blue essence it costs for mastery 6 & 7 tokens

So I got my 2nd mastery 6 token on Yorick and I was pretty hyped. I'm not going to lie im newer at the game so I don't have that many champions tbh I have the exact number to play ranked and I had to make this decision.Do I want to upgrade this token and get my Mastery 6 for a champion I love or a new champion that I could grow to love.Now at the time I was sick and tired of playing the same old champs took me 40 fking games to get a new champ or 2 last time so this time around i knew i had to get a new champ.My point is I just want to get my mastery token something i already earned for less. (my account name is wardbaronffs i accidently forgot to sign out )
