You can't climb because you're MMR is factored in, and the game now thinks you belong exactly where you are right now. I know it's rough to swallow, but that's the reality of it. Keep track of your games and ask yourself if there was something more you could do, or if the game was truly out of your control. Despite what the trolls might tell you, if you're skill level isn't high, you're not going to carry a whole game by yourself at Bronze elo.
Most Bronze games dwindle down to a total lack of teamwork and understanding of game mechanics. If you know you're a solid Bronze level player, and you're doing the best you can, but your team doesn't pull through, you're not going to win. Sometimes a loss is just a loss. Bronze probably has the most leeway as far as skill goes. Some people are REALLY bad at the game, and you'll get stuck with them from time to time.
I main Jhin, and due to his complete and total lack of mobility early to mid-game, there are situations where I know I just can't do anything. I don't blame myself, it's just the result of picking a champion that can't escape x-champion's dive, and I knew the risks when I picked Jhin. He's an easy gank. It doesn't bother me when this happens. Sometimes you've just got to go all in, try to help your team, and hope you don't get targeted and slaughtered before you can have any real effect on the game.
─ If someone feeds 10+ kills in the first 15 minutes, and you only had a couple of kills and good cs, and that fed mofo destroys your team, that's not necessarily your fault. (This probably wouldn't have happened in a higher Elo.)
─ If someone afks or quits, that's obviously not your fault.
─ If at 40-minutes your team can't agree on what to do, and you lose the game because you decided to "follow the leader" and stay grouped, even though you knew it was a bad decision in the first place, that's probably not your fault. But kudos for your teamwork.
A Bronze-level player isn't going to be able to recover a game on his own. That's just the reality of it. There's a reason in the higher elos you don't see games where people are going 10, 15, 20 kills per game. People don't do stupid crap and they take calculated risks rather than pushing buttons and praying something works.
So, when is a loss YOUR fault? If you didn't feed, held your lane, got your CS, and worked in team fights, the other team simply had more skill, and your own skill wasn't enough to equalize and balance the situation. As a whole, the other team's skill outranked your own team's skill. So, improve your own skills, and play champs that can pull off insane plays solo.
