15+ minutes queue time to play a Normal Draft on a Saturday?

What is going on with queue times lately? I can understand when it's late or on a weekday or something, but I don't remember ever waiting this long to get into a normal draft. As I type this it's been over 15 minutes and nothing has even happened yet. It's a Saturday afternoon, wtf is going on? Even a week ago it wasn't this bad. (And yes, I'm not queued as support)
