I can see Kog going in one of two directions

1. Long range machine gun via adding a bonus AD ratio to his W (and possibly giving him a new Passive that double-procs OnHit effects when he crits).

OR

2. Artillery platform via turning his W into an OnNextHit that adds range and %HP damage, clearing up significant power to invest in the rest of his kit.

I have no real preference one way or the other. But if Kog gets nothing out of the past year aside from a heavily nerfed Ult I'm going to be pretty steamed. Because mark my words, if Kog just gets his W reverted to the original flavor with no other changes he's going to be completely overshadowed by Jinx in every way.
