State of Ezreal

I never see him as a mid laner these days, only as an ADC... And pretty much 90% of those games are losses. Not sure if it's just the builds I'm seeing or the availability of other ADCs, but Ezreal as as a whole seems relatively weak right now. Any plans for buffs in the future?
