Black screen after match

Hello!

I have a problem with my game going to a black screen, staying for up to 4 min, where i can't do anything. This black screen happens before i can push the "go home" bottom. I am always late to give honors, etc. I also always come in 1 min late game, which is very annoying. This is happening on a 1 year old computer with windows 10.

Does anyone know who to fix it?
