@Riot When are you going to punish players like these?

Just got out of a platinum game where we had smurfing diamond lb mid that thought hey, Im gonna go ruin some lower elo players games because i think they suck and deserve it. Of course, when I ask the enemy to report her, they said "stfu you're a yasuo main, you deserve to lose." OK then, so much for honor system reducing toxicity. Meanwhile LB sold her items to buy sightstone and 5 tears to walk around and ward our fountain talking about how bad our team was. The enemy team was laughing and enjoying their free win, and every now and then would flame me for playing yasuo. But the worst part of all of this is that I got demoted to plat 5, for something I couldn't control. I've had literally like 3 afks/ trolls today, which caused me to demote to plat 5. When are these players going to be punished? If at all?
