I need some help

Hi as i say in title i need some help. After i use a Gangplank barrel or Yasuo e i do not see that circle around the target.I tried to change settings but didnt work. I loged on a friend account and there i saw that circle so that mean i do not have something wrong with my pc. Can anyone help me please?
