Client bugs are out of control

I can get into a game without having some client bug come up. i know riot is releasing a new client but they have totally abandoned upkeep on the old one and it's causing a lot of issues.

Riot either needs to release the new client now because they will at least fix the issues with it or they need to clean up for old one because another month of this and there are going to be even more issues. that they will of course ignore.
