Please fix Dynamic before SoloQ's release

We don't want to deal with 80 minute queues for 4 men premades in bronze/silver. Put advantages for soloists in Dynamic, and maybe cap premades at duo in Challenger so you can't have full LCS teams against solo One Trick Poneys. And fix prioritisation of primary on secondary, so people can pick secondary support again and the queue times shorten for everyone.
