A Cool Idea for a better Ranked experience

Suggestion for a better-ranked experience in the case of leavers/AFK's: If it would be possible to increase the LP loss of the leaver/AFK while decreasing the loss for the rest of the team, I believe would lead to a better ranked experience, especially in the unfortunate event of an afk.
Thoughts?

Just make it like Korean ranked and it'll better. Let people leave in peace. Forcing people to be in an unwinnable game that gets dragged out for 40 minutes because the duo bot wants to say no dispite your team being blasted to hell and back is annoying and stupid.
