Despite the fact that he's brand new still...

TahmKench needs completely reworked. His kit as it is is so inherently broken and toxic that it's simply unbalanceable. Number changes simply aren't going to fix him. He has too many abilities with too many options in how to use them and far too powerful of stats behind them, and even if those numbers go down, he'll still be unbearable. The damage of a bruiser with the tankiness of a full tank Galio/Rammus hybrid and the utility of Thresh all bundled up into a single Champion means that unless the person playing him is brain-dead he's nigh unbeatable because there's next to nothing that can be done against him.

We're looking at: The longest-range melee champ in the game at 200 range; A long-range, high damage heavy slow skillshot with a slow duration as long as its cooldown, and stuns if his passive is stacked (and applies a stack if it isn't already); a powerful aoe minion projectile that works on jungle camps and applies a passive stack/ a guaranteed kill button on anybody who has his passive stacked on them/ a get out of jail free card for any teammate that fucks up and rightfully deserves to be punished for it but won't _because Tahm_, as well as buffing his MS during use ALL IN THE SAME ABILITY; a passive that makes it so that unless you instagib him, you essentially didn't actually damage him at all and if it looks like you _might_ instagib him (which is impossible to begin with) an active that **gives him a second health bar**; a passive that gives him bruiser-tier damage with a full-tank build and an active that lets you tf ult yourself plus a teammate somewhere.

Don't even get me started on what happens when he's running Sated Devourer. Unless some of his abilities are either reworked or removed entirely, he'll remain oppressive no matter how many numbers nerfs he gets.
