Help Shaco

I have a ton of playing experience on shaco. I love the champion. But of course he has extremely obvious weaknesses and strwngths. Makijg him useless vs good players and broken against the... more challenged players. I purpose a new passive to make him a bit harder to play but also give him a huge boost to his teamfight potential. Overal make him a better pick. Of couse i dont have a balanced figure on this but, removing his bonus damage as his passive and change it to a short aoe fear (like the one he has on his current boxes). Once shaco comes out of stealth or unwarded brush he has a small aoe fear. This would work on him, his clone and his boxes. So after shaco ults the passive activates. A cooldown between fears may be needed but i really would love if shaco had more cc, something he could actually bring to the table and help carry. Thank you for reading

TL:DR Shaco passive aoe fear upon breaking stealth/brush Q,W,R all proc passive.

Shaco is a polarized champion. His entire thing is deception and tricks, and if someone is wise to your tricks, you have to adapt. I've gone against Shaco's who are so predictable. Don't try to Shiv-Ignite me Lvl 2, Shaco, I know your tricks. But I've also gone against ones that just destroy me because they anticipate me anticipating their anticipation, and so on so forth.

The answer to making Shaco strong isn't buffing him, but being a step ahead of your opponents, even the really good ones. I despise Shaco with a burning passion (he's actually my most hated champion), but I appreciate how much forethought it takes to be a good Shaco player.
