Ranked Leaver buster

Hello Riot, I just entered the lobby of a ranked game and one of my teammates troll picked. Nobody wanted to dodge so I desided to do it. I know you don't have problems with unusual picks either I. But when you want to win and with this you see the loss you just leave the game because you know it's already lost. The problem is there that I've dodged the previous game because of the same reason and now I have to wait 30 minutes to play again. It's just not fair! I am ok with losing some lp, I can just win a game and get it back. But so big leaver buster isn't fair. Why don't you make it a little bit less punishing for players who don't dodge regularly - once or even less per week, not for just one or two games where you had bad luck. I don't mean making it max 10 minutes or removing the 30 minutes leaver buster. If you make it something like per lobby your leaver buster is increased by 5 or 10 minutes will be perfectly fine.
