AAtrox Attack speed buffs didnt go through?? @Reav @Meddler

Im and avid Aatrox main who plays him in the jungle and was really looking forward to the attack speed buffs that i tried out on the PBE with him. The Matchete nerf along with not getting level 3 on the third camp really hurt his clear I.E. you cant keep his passive up going from wolves to chickens on red side. I never saw the buffs got taken out of PBE and was very confused it didnt show up in patch. would like a red response because it feels super bad to jungle him now that im actually not gona jungle him this patch :{
