@Meddler: Balancing Kog purely around damage isn't going to work
Simply put, the amount of damage Kog needs to put out to make him an attractive pick compared to other late game scaling ADCs who happen to have utility or mobility (or both) as well is frankly unhealthy for the game. We've all seen how it went.
Instead, you guys should probably focus on the non-damage parts of his kit. The vision granted by his Ult. The mana cost/stack timer on his Ult. The CC on his E. The resist shredding on his Q. Buffing his W range boost back to where it was in Season 1. Even something as dull as improving his base/scaling defensive stats.
Because while you COULD buff Kog by adding an AD ratio to his W or allowing it to interact with Crit somehow or buffing his snooze-worthy passive attack speed, I feel like there are better ways to tune his performance.
Please. I'm begging you guys. Talk with the Kog players about what you're planning on doing. Let us provide some feedback this time. Because it feels like our input was largely ignored and things got bad fast with the Kog remake.
