youtuber exclusive stickers?

why is this a thing?

first i saw kshaway doing a contest for an exclusive sticker that riot made for him and you can only get that way. now vandiril does it aswell.

what is this riot? i didnt see the one from vandiril yet but the one from kshaway looks awesome. and the only way to enter is by sending him replays. so basically i am fucked. thats unfair i want kshaways sticker :(
