Is the whole game unbalanced?

I feel like its not individual champions that are the balancing issue, when one champion is nerfed another equally as strong champion takes its place. but has anyone every looked at the champions that are the commonly at the top? two things are core of the problem however alone are not a problem.

champions with high burst are healthyZed , champions with high burst and sustain are unhealthyFiora tanks are healthyLeona tanks that also deal massive amounts of damage while still being tanky are not healthyDarius Chogath Jax Malphite Olaf Renekton Sion Volibear Garen Trundle Udyr Warwick TahmKench Shen Shyvana Singed Nasus Do you see my point here? League of legends is a very fun game, when you like to play fighters..... but what about us asassins that cant kill these tanks that can oneshot us? i may seem like im just complaining but the role I enjoy playing has been ruined in most games. either remove the tankyness or the damage but having both is certainly unhealthy gameplay.

Tanks that deal a "massive amount" of damage either still don't deal enough damage to carry games, can't take towers, are easily kitable or are just not that tanky.

There's a reason why you can put Quinn top but you can't have Jax as your ADC in plat+ games.

The assasin meta is the most unhealthy meta of them all

rofl at saying Sion isn't healthy

why are you complaining about your counters? assassins target squishies and dump their burst on you. most of these champs either counter you with their CC and burst (cho'gath, who is a mage; Sion, who has delayed CC) or just tank your damage and then start DPSing you down (Darius, who needs time to activate his passive; Nasus, who needs time to farm stacks)

and no, the majority of these champions do not "one-shot" you. their damage takes much longer than the <second it takes for you to dumpster anyone who didn't itemize specifically against you, with the exceptions of tank who have up-front base damage for burst.

Well, think more about that. There are 4 things to consider when assessing the general strength of a champion. Mobility, survivability, utility, and damage. You can't just use the number of abilities that do X here though, you also have to asses their strenght through effect(how long CC is, how much damage does X deal etc.), range, and cooldown.

Most of these 'tanks' with damage lack in utility compared to true tanks while almost all tanks lack in mobility aside from engaging.

In lane you also have to consider sustain, both health and resource wise. One of your examples, Cho'Gath is good at 3/4 categories but pays by having no mobility at all. Darius has extreme survivability and damage, but pays with bad utility for a tank(1 CC, very short displacement that mobile champions can get out of) and no mobility.

And let's not pretend that champions like Shen or Malphite deal 'massive amounts of damage'. They don't, you're just so squishy that pretty much anything can burst you down.

A lot of champions that have all of those have shit numbers to compensate or are just OP. A lot of champions that are very limited are also OP because their numbers are crazy high or they're simply too good at 1 category compared to everyone else.

It always has been unbalanced and always will be unbalanced, balancing is a futile endeavor, they should be fixing champion enjoyment.
