Can't see Key Fragments

Hi there. I got like 6 fragments in 2 days but when i enter "loot and crafting inventory" i found out that it's empty. maybe it's bug. I play some more games get fragments and it still empty..... so what shoud i do, how can i open chests if i cannot craft keys? How that possible?
