I want to spend my blue essence but on which champ doe? Is Viktor or Yasuo better in MidLane generally?

It depends on what you're more comfortable on.
Are you more used to melee champions, or are you the type to play ranged?
If you can play both : do you like going in and duelist champions? If yes, Yasuo is for you.
If you prefer a champion who's more safe, Viktor is the answer.
I'd say Viktor. You get more chances to play him, and he's generally more useful for the team.
