Matchmaking system - RANKED

Everybody knows the system is bad and matches you with people extremely far from your real MMR...

You know it, I know it, even people that don't play league know it!

It didn't use to be like this, it used to take time to find a game but at least the game was close and fair.

What does RIOT wait for to fix their matchmaking system? I mean at least revert it to what it was years back...

It's frustrating to either stomp or get stomped, It's been quite a while since I played a real challenging game.
