+ 1050G= 2950G +450 Health +50 Armor UNIQUE- Immolate: Deals 20-40 (based on level) magic damage per second to nearby enemies (400 range). Active- Sun Fury: After a 1.5 second delay, Sunfire Cape's burn radius begins to slowly grow and deal increased damage over the next 5 seconds, then remains at full power for 4 seconds afterwards. The range increases to 700 and the damage increases by 1-2 (+0.25-0.75% bonus health) (based on level) per second, increasing the damage up to a total of 25-50 (+1.25-3.75% bonus health) magic damage per second. (90 second cool down)
This to is to further show off Sunfire Cape, especially later in the game, where is shines as sustained AoE damage around your character. Before, it was great early game and slowly became almost ignorable late game. Now, the damage WILL SHOW as the damage now scales when activated. Of course, this does not go without traded stats, such as an increased cost and less health gained, but I feel like this is still an overall buff that is needed to further this item's identity. Yes or no?
