Buff custom games riot

Let me have more settings for custom games

Let me set starting gold and experience

like playing whatever game mode i want,

either something crazy like hexakill urf doombots with black market brawlers

or just playing some nemisis draft

Maybe i want to enable or disable certain items

change the victory rules of ascension to make it at least an hour long because.. hey man I'd fucking do that

or like what about map textures? like slaughter docks or whatever

I basically imagine an RTS lobby
