A Suggestion

Remove the EXP Passive on Morde's W. It's borderline useless in lane, as your opponents in lane will reach the same levels as you within 1 or 2 minions of your EXP, and it's eating up power budget that really doesn't need to be eaten up anymore. It was broken on release since it gave 100% of the exp back then, and level 2 for Morde was guaranteed at 7 CS, but now it's pretty much just invisible power that even Morde doesn't notice.

But hey, don't let my thoughts on it deter you, every patch he gets closer and closer to a full revert (save the Q). I hear a lot of people say that the idea for this new kit should have been implemented on a new champion instead, I respectfully disagree. I feel like this idea should never have seen the light of day, considering it had a lifetime of 3 patches, and is now completely dead. I wouldn't wish that on a new champion, and I certainly wouldn't wish that on an old one
