This is honestly ridiculous when in silver the enemy top laner can pick Illaoi or Fiora and my top laner instantly loses lane. My average cs, KD, damage to objectives, and overall damage is always much higher than my teamates yet my winrate is shit and i keep bobbing from bronze 1 to silver 4. my average KD in ranked matches (as jg) is 11/4 yet somehow i cant get out of this shit elo. I feel that unless you play in a duo there is no climbing unless you are highly HIGHLY better than the people in the elo you are playing. It realy pisses me off when Diamond/Masters/Challengers players say there is no such thing as elo hell just because they can get out of it easily. I very often play with gold/daimond players in normal draft games and more often than not i find myself doing much better if not the same as them. Is there any type of advice i can get to deal with this its very much ruining my thoughts on the game when you can play so well in games and still get stuck with a shitty ranked winrate because your teamates feed every damn game. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.

Elo hell is subjective. You can get hard stuck anywhere, and people love to confuse being where they belong with being hardstuck due to other reasons. Best thing you can do is never look at how your teammates did poorly and only look at what you might've done better so that you can learn from it; even if you do amazing, there's usually something you could improve on.

its funny cause there's no skill difference between challenger/plat anymore. They added more ranks and I swear it made the skill gap even smaller than before. If you can carry 4 feeders consistently you will rank up. Balanced right?

Also that's not including the smurfs/boosters you will constantly play against since you have bad luck and the matchmaking system is unbalanced garbage.
