Alright since pantheon clear is not good at all(in the jungle it is terrible and @lane the damage is not enough to kill even caster minions haha) can you change E damage against minions and monster and make the spell something like:

Champion Damage Per Strike: 26 / 46 / 66 / 86 / 106 (+ 120% bonus AD) Minion/Monster Damage Per Strike: 1st strike 13 / 23 / 33 / 43 / 53 (+ 60% bonus AD) /// 50% reduction 2nd strike 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 (+ 90% bonus AD) /// 25% reduction 3rd strike 26 / 46 / 66 / 86 / 106 (+ 120% bonus AD) /// 0% reduction

Also wont be bad if E apply on-hit effects, this will fit really well in the spell xD After all the spell is like 3 fast auto attacks :P

Wouldn't help him. Pantheon falls off very very hard. His damage with 5 ad items is pathetic. Can't build him full tank, he has no utility. Same thing with bruiser build.

I've always thought Panth's E applied half damage to minions and monsters because his E harass through minions would shove the lane too fast towards enemy turret and grant your opponent easy life at freezing the wave in a safe position, preventing you from bullying effectively.

That said, I think he could use the removal of damage reduction on monsters. It'd be better to rework him entirely, though.
