For some reason you guys hate sustain, (despite having a gazillion AD life steal options) so you took my favorite champ Vladimir and despite his already low win rate, you gutted him.

I don' know.. I played him 3 times in normal.. I won everz single time, with scores 17/1/8, 17/6/9, and 11/6/6 ... he seems quite ok for me (except for that absolutely shitty movement speed buff on Q, which is relevant for 0.2 sec... thats just joke)
Maybe Teemo should become the new symbol for the Vlad Protest Movement...
