@Riot can you please revert the buff you gave to Vayne's Q?

Cooldown now begins upon lauching the attack instead of upon hitting a target. Tumble's empowered attack will be consumed even if the target becomes invalid while in-flight. This allows enemies to dodge the effect, but also allows Vayne to activate the ability again. also the reason vayne is able to rush attack speed and dominate is because her Q makes your next auto attack empowered by 30/35/40/45/50% and her ult gives her flat AD along with % health true damage. shes currently too strong because you nerfed other ADCs that were/are popular allowing her to get indirectly buffed( )
