Can we change Singed?

I don't have this champion, but been watching tons of gameplay on him. I'd buy him if they were still selling the "Mad Scientist Singed" which I want.

Anyhow, I think you guys should just give him a small rework, and change his W completely. How about his famous Q and poison trail be an AOE slow? Not a huge %slow, but a decent one so when you get in his poison trail you are slowed constantly until you get out. Also let his E which seems to be his fling be an individual slow as well as the fling so when he tosses you, you're slowed.

For W replacement, how about just give him a shield bash? Kinda like Azir's ultimate. Have Singed slide in with his sheidl and knock someone back. Would be cool, knock someone back slightly, then toss them right after into a bunch of poison which just slows.

Yeah, I don't expect many to agree with this crazy suggestion, but would seem cool to me.

Also Riot, can you put the mad scientist back up for sale please? I'll buy Singed and buy that skin! Either way, just watching videos on him, he seems to just be so weird in playstyle.
